Another New E85 Station in San Antonio

we have a few Valero stations here in Omaha... mostly "down in the hood"/badder sections of town.  I don't know if these are independent franchisees that simply buy their fuel from Valero (or have the Valero additives put in the gas at the terminal, as the gas is all the same anyhow...), but I wondered if there was ever any chance of seeing Valero get into the e85 business up here.


I would really like to see another player enter the market.  I love Kum & Go and Buckys here in Omaha, but the more competition the better.  Geographically these are all primarily focused on the I-80 corridor, and the western suburbs though.
