New station being built

Recommended Posts

Was driving on the south side of Fargo on 52nd ave south and saw a new station with yellow nozzles being built on the south side of the road. I believe it was a new mini mall. I suspect it's still a month or so before ready to open. It's in the vicinity of 27th St and 52nd Avenue.

I'll get you more details the next time I'm in the area. All I saw for signage was Starion Bank signs. I'm guessing they financed it.

More info on this station (and more questions as well)....

It's a new Don's Car Wash. The address is 2500 52nd Ave South and it's scheduled to open mid February, 2011, according to help wanted ads.

I should have noted how many pumps and the type. Maybe I can check on that the next time I'm in the area.

Yup, just posted a price for the other, original Don's just now.

I suspect both will be open and a quick call to 701-280-0010, would give you all the details, like number of pumps, etc. Unfortunately I didn't see any blender pumps. IMO, it's stupid to have a new station w/o them these days.

It'll be easy enough for me to drive by (and hopefully fill with cheap E85) on my way home from my mother's house in 3 weeks.

This station has 6 sets of pumps (3 islands) and each one has E85 (6 total) and the rest are either unleaded or diesel. Nice to see that many E85 nozzles. I didn't see any blender pumps. The signage says "mid February".

Dan, can you update the blender pumps for this?

All pumps have E20, E30, E85, and unleaded.

Sorry I didn't have all that info for you at one time.

Thanks for updating that station so quick.

BUT, what's up with the "1"?  (1 E20, E30, E85 and unleaded)

Sorry for the misunderstanding, but all the pumps are blenders pumps.  ;D
