Thanks Dan!

I simply got a PM last night from a new member (0 posts) that read...

i was in richmond,ky today and saw that meijer was selling e-85 for 2.29 a gallon. now i want to know all the information possible on alternative fuels.

I walked him through how to add a new station, and how to post prices, and very quickly walked through the basics of ethanol use, inviting him to feel free to ask questions...

I don't have the Gasoline price to post with the e85 price though...

I noticed last night when I was peeking at the list, that in Indiana our list is minus 1 station in Ft.Wayne, and 1 in Indianapolis... if I'm not mistaken.

at $2.29 for e85, that is the best price in KY!  Should help business...  I don't know my math all that well, but if the gas price is say $2.94... and e85 is $2.29... what spread would that be?

2.299 divided by 2.949= 0.7796 -- a 22.14% spread. Adequate for most FFV's to breakeven, favorable cents/mile for at least 1/2. A MIND BLOWING 15-16% FAVORABLE SPREAD FOR THE 2011 REGAL-- once it gets here :(

Dan-

I tried to post a price for Meijer, Petoskey, Michigan.

However, it's not in the drop down menu.  It's gone.

Should be E85 = $2.29,  gasoline is $2.79.

thanks

Jim
