In Evergreen Co...they are working hard to keep the 20% spread but the company they were buying their E85 from just sold out to the Oil Companies .

E85 $2.45 Uleaded $3.18

Wonder if this is a sign of things to come where the Oil Companies are quietly going around simply buying the ethnaol companies.. I've said it before I'll say it again Oilshould be banned from even owning Ethanol..

That would be exciting wouldnt it ! If you get a chance stop in and talk with Sally at Evergreen ..loves to chat and was genuinely interested in all bio fuels and offering E85 at a price that actually competes with unleaded

Have you talked to the folks over at Colorado Corn, and the Clean Cities program. They would help you with that. Our main supply right now is Wyoming Ethanol up in Torrington Wyoming, but several new ethanol plants are coming on line here in Colorado. I'm surprised the Budwiser plant is not following Coors Brewing lead and harvesting ethanol off of their waste beer.

As I understand it the folks at Colorado Corn are setting up a group buy setup so Colorado fuel outlets can buy ethanol at thier price which I think is a long term contract so they do not have as much pressure to spike during seasonal run ups in fuel prices on the spot market.
